The Kia Soul EV is currently available with a choice of two expertly crafted powertrains. The Soul EV 'Urban' trim comes equipped with a 39.2 kWh EV powertrain. This efficient battery produces a 395 Nm maximum torque which allows the Soul EV to achieve a top speed of 97 mph & a 9.9 second 0-62 mph time. The 'Urban' model also provides an impressive 252-mile city driving range and a combined driving range of 171 miles, ensuring you can go the distance with confidence.
Whereas the top-of-the-range Soul EV 'Explore' trim comes equipped with 64.8 kWh Long Range EV Automatic powertrain. This battery is ideal for those who frequently embark on long journeys, delivering a city driving range of up to 402 miles and a combined driving range of 280 miles. The 64.8 kWh battery also offers a higher maximum speed of 104 mph and accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 7.9 seconds, providing impressive performance capabilities.
Technology
The Soul EV is equipped with a diverse range of technology aimed at ensuring a comfortable, safe, and entertaining driving experience for all passengers. The Urban model features an 8" Touchscreen display system that seamlessly integrates with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™, enhancing connectivity on the go. Paired with its voice control capabilities, users can stay connected safely while driving. To add, the Soul EV also comes equipped with a handy 7" Supervision Colour Cluster Display, 2 x Front USB ports (one for Type-C, one for USB), and Ecall to name a few.
