Features of the New Kia Picanto
As previously mentioned, the new Picanto comes bursting with the latest in-car technology. From it's Halogen Headlights with Black Bezels to it's Hill-start Assist Control (HAC), this small but mighty vehicle offers something for everyone.
Engine Options
Currently, the 2023 Kia Picanto is only available with one a 1.0 DPi ISG Petrol Engine. This reliable engine produces 66 bhp and can reach up to 100mph. This impressive Petrol Engine also offers great fuel efficiency, delivering an impressive Combined MPG (l/100km) of 58.9 (4.8). The Picanto is also available with a 5 speed Manual or Automatic gear box which is dependent on the trim level.
Technology
The standard Picanto comes fitted with a generous amount of technology that'll be sure to deliver comfort, convivence and entertainment for all on board. The standard version comes fitted with a handy Bluetooth® system that offers Music Streaming, a 2.6" Monochrome Cluster Display, and a USB Port for Connection of a Media Device.
If you're after a bit more technology, the Kia Picanto 3, X-Line S, and GT-Line offer a lot more. These trims come equipped with a 8" Touchscreen Display that supports both Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™. You can therefore connect your smartphone to the vehicle and listen to your favourite songs, get directions (3 and X-Line S trim only), and take calls safely on the road. To add, these trims also come with a 4.2" Supervision Monochrome Cluster Display and a 6-speaker audio System.
Safety Features
To ensure passenger and safety, the Picanto is well equipped with a wide array of driver assistant features as standard. These features include Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) City, ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) & Brake-Assist System (BAS) to name a few. The Picanto also comes packed with Twin Front & Side Airbags, a Side Impact Protection System, Front Seatbelt Pre-tensioners & Load-limiters.
