Kia Care is Kia's dedicated service plan package. It is designed to give you great value and keep your vehicle in top condition.

No matter the make or model of your Kia, we have a Kia Car fixed pric service package tailored to suit the age and mileage. All available to make life easier and keep running costs down.

Keeping you on the road

It is our priority to keep you and your Kia on the road. We recommend your car is serviced every 12 months from the date of first registration of by mileage, whichever occurs soonest.

To keep your Kia running smoothly, and keep your manufacturers warranty in tact, your services should be aligned with the registration date of the car, not 12 months from the previous service. By doing this, we can replace key component and fluids on a time basis.

MOTs

When your Kia reaches 3 years from the date of first registration, it is a legal requirement to have an annual MOT test. 

Kia Care Service Plans can include future MOT tests at a cost of £35 each (Max 5). You can also keep track of your MOT due date by downloading the MYKIA App.

Interest free installments

Drive Now, Pay Later+ is designed with the intention to ease the burden of any bills that you may have when your vehicle is taken in for a Service, repairs or MOT.

We hope you will appreciate having the ability to spread payments on an interest free basis and relief some financial burden. Drive Now, Pay Later+ is here to help — spreading the cost of the work required means that you can maintain a roadworthy car and remain driving safely, whilst paying for the work over a 3 month period with 0% interest

FAQ's

What if I sell my car?

Any balance on your plan can be transferred to a new plan with us or refunded

What happens if I cancel the agreement?

Any balance is refunded to you, minus the cancellation charge

What if there is a shortfall on my plan?

If the plan is not taken out inline with the service date, there will be a shortfall, this can either be topped up via your plan or taken on the day of the service.

Are there any additional charges to pay?

We charge a £25 + VAT cancellation charge if you cancel the agreement, or you can transfer it to a new vehicle supplied by us free of charge.

Are there any exclusions?

A small selection of vehicles are excluded from our service plans. For example vehicles with a very high annual mileage such as those used by a courier or taxi. Full terms and conditions are available from our Service Managers at any of our dealerships.
