Jack Meech and Dale Hughes; the Chippenham Kia sales team at Chippenham Motor Company
Our Chippenham Kia sales team have climbed up 18 places to reach 2nd in the country for Sales Excellence, competing against large dealership groups across the country.
The league ranks Kia dealers based on sales performance and customer experience and, until recently, the team have maintained a mid table ranking which is usually expected of family run, independent dealers. But, during the last year, Jack and Dale have embraced the new ways of working, helping customers navigate online car purchases during lockdowns and safely delivering cars to hundreds of happy, local customers.
Jack is one of the Bumpers Farm dealership's longest standing sales executives, with Dale joining him a couple of years ago to strengthen the Kia team. Their Manager, Ben Munns, has said:
"Jack and Dale have gone above and beyond in the last year, adapting to the changes that we have had to make for customers during the pandemic. They are truly passionate about the brand and care about their customers and that really shows in this latest achievement."
