We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to join our team at our Bumpers Farm dealership in Chippenham.

What you can expect as a Brand Ambassador at Chippenham Motor Company:

This is a customer facing role, and we know you love working with people! You'll be interacting with customers in the dealership, on the phone and via email.

You'll be building relationships with your allocated customers, assisting them throughout their experience at the dealership from the moment they arrive at until their journey is complete.

You will be representing our company’s brands and promoting brand awareness.

We know you're a team player, which will be helpful when you're working alongside other departments, such as parts, workshop and sales, to ensure that the customer journey is completely seamless.

You’ll have an active role in each customer’s experience, so excellent administrative and organisational skills are a must.
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role:

Previous experience in a customer facing role
