Really impressed with the service we received from Kia Service dept today. Our Kia was picked up in the morning as agreed by a lovely man and we were kept informed of progress with service and MOT by our service advisor. We were really impressed by the video we received from our mechanic … he was very clear and reassuring and made us feel that our car was in good hands. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Our car was dropped back to us squeaky clean and the whole process of Service and MOT felt seamless and professional. We bought our Kia knowing that we wanted a reliable trusted car with a good warranty. Servicing is not ‘cheap’ but I feel it’s very good value given that we are maintaining the warranty and I really feel that the service delivered exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this outstanding dealership and the service staff. Thank you and look forward to booking in with you for service and MOT next year.
