Chippenham Pride 2023 is happening on 17th June 2023, starting with a Pride Walk through Chippenham Town Centre and into Island Park where the celebrations will continue with a line up of talented bands and comedians.
This free, family-friendly event is set to bring fun and vibrancy into the town centre, but also to celebrate, support, educate and represent all members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Chippenham and the surrounding areas. A separate speaker stage promises an unforgettable experience, as many LGTBQ+ champions, activists and supporters, including Lord Michael Cashman and Ian 'H' Watkins (H from Steps), take to the stage.
Chippenham Motor Company have been in the town for over 20 years, and the local community is close to their heart.
“We are delighted to support the LGTBQ+ community in our local area,” says General Manager, Ben Munns. “The Chippenham Pride event is the first of its kind in this town and we are excited about this partnership. The work that the Pride team are putting into providing Chippenham with such an inclusive, diverse and fun experience is inspiring and we will support them in any way we can.”
