Engine Options
The new XCeed comes equipped with a 1.5 T-GDi ISG (138 BHP) Turbocharged Petrol Engine. This meticulously crafted petrol engine is available with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed DCT transmission. With a maximum torque of 253 Nm, the 1.5 Turbocharged Petrol Engine enables the XCeed to achieve a top speed of 129mph and accelerate from 0 to 60mph in 8.7 seconds. If you choose the 6-speed DCT Transmission, the XCeed's 0-60mph time slightly increases to 8.9 seconds.
Technology
The New Kia XCeed is loaded with the latest in-car technology, meticulously designed to provide an exceptional driving experience for all passengers. The XCeed is equipped with a stylish 10.25" Touchscreen Satellite Navigation system that seamlessly integrates with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™. Both systems are equipped with voice control, enabling the driver to keep their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road at all times. This impressive crossover also includes a Reversing camera system with dynamic guidelines, along with 2 x front USB charge ports (one for C-type / one for USB), among a host of other features.
Safety Features
To ensure the safety of both the driver and passengers, the new XCeed is equipped with a comprehensive array of passive safety features, as well as a suite of active safety and driving dynamics technologies. The XCeed's line-up of passive safety features include ISOFIX child seat top tethers & anchor fixings (outer rear seats), Twin Front & Side Airbags, and a Impact sensing auto door unlocking feature. Whereas the XCeed's active safety and driving dynamics features include Hill-start assist control (HAC), Intelligent stop & go (ISG), and a Lane following assist (LFA) system.
